Dear Diary, I have some thoughts and a belief that people on the cusp of the Millennial and Zoomer generations (born between ’96-’99) don’t write about our experiences enough. Like, I think the stories of people who were entering college/the “real world” as american culture culminated into the election of Tr*mp is a very fucking specific type of bullshit. We saw the beginning of the end as children, and now we are adults, either egging on the flames, or fighting to keep things the same (literally like this girl from the same county as me died fighting for the IDF, thank god).

dear diary, i took a walk yesterday for the first time in a while and it was such a nice walk that i couldn’t fall asleep because i forgot how good walks can make me feel. it was three am when i decided that i am going to take the bus to the train to another bus and go to valois in hyde park to get breakfast. the hours between three am and six am are the best time to walk around a frozen city. these hours are when you can see what the city is really up to. where it’s holes are.
